Norwich Centre Projects is committed to promoting the emotional, mental and spiritual health of people within organisations by the provision of professional counselling, training, consultancy and mediation services.

 

Consultancy  

Life Coaching is the new buzzword, but Norwich Centre Projects has been providing consultancy support for many years in various organisations.  It is widely recognised that trained counsellors have a lot to offer in this area and our senior management are there to help support your key personnel in dealing with difficult workplace issues, and their own professional and personal development.

This service will be quoted for as required.

 

Training

 Norwich Centre Projects is able to offer tailor made training, for example in Stress Management, Time Management, and Human Relations and Listening Skills, backed up by a professional, established counselling service with considerable experience in working with issues common in the workplace today.  

Other projects have included programmes to identify and manage stress in the organisation, focus groups to gain feedback on the process of institutional change, and group facilitation in response to crisis and trauma in the workplace.
