per employee, liaison through an experienced Project Manager, annual reports
and feedback where appropriate on organisational issues we may identify.

Agreements

There is no charge for this within Norfolk.
If you require a visit outside Norfolk please discuss this at the
initial meeting.
Unlike
contractual arrangements, informal agreements of this kind do not entitle
employees to have the rapid response that contracts ensure.
Every effort will nonetheless be made to arrange a suitable
appointment as soon as possible.
The
service in Norwich will be provided through a centrally established
Counselling Service available to clients from Monday to Friday both within
and outside of core working hours. Outside
Norwich the service is provided by our affiliate counsellors and every
effort is made to match the counsellor’s availability with the client’s
requirements.
All appointments will be made or facilitated by receptionist staff at the
Norwich Centre Counselling Service.
The employer of clients who use the Service in this way will be billed
either on a monthly basis or at the termination of any given counselling
process. No ‘joining fee’
is required.
